Biography
Dr. Michiel Niesen serves as the Senior Director of Biomedical Research at Nference, a biomedical A.I. company. Dr. Niesen's team transforms complex EHR data into actionable insights for developing better drugs and diagnostics, using Nference's proprietary de-identified clinical data platform, in partnership with leading healthcare systems and biopharma companies. Dr. Michiel Niesen completed his PhD from Caltech and postdoc from MIT focusing on computational biochemistry.
