Biography
Carlyn Crisostomo is a seasoned leader at Amgen, with deep expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She has a proven track record in drug development and strategic partnerships, playing a pivotal role in shaping and driving the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to better serve patients. Carlyn's work is centered on accelerating the delivery of GenAI and AI-powered platforms and products across Amgen, with a focus on enhancing data-driven decision-making, operational optimization, and speed to patients. Since joining Amgen in 2017, Carlyn has held roles in Corporate Strategy, BD, and Digital Health, focusing on technologies that enhance patient identification and access. She served as the Oncology Product Innovation Lead, managing Digital Health and Data Science initiatives.Before Amgen, Carlyn was an entrepreneur and served as Co-Founder and COO of a Digital Health company aimed at speeding clinical development through a patient-centric technology
