How do I receive the group discounts
The discounts automatically apply when you change the ticket quantity above. You may secure the lower group rates now and fill in ticket details at a later date.
Can buy now & fill/change attendee names later to catch the sale
Yes, you can fill/update attendee names in your account up to a week later. We’ll send instructions in your confirmation email.
What’s the refund and transfer policy
Free transfers to another person or to a future PMWC up to 30 days before the conference, full credit if plans change by then. No refunds.
Can I pay by invoice, PO, ACH or wire
If your total is above $10k then yes, email [email protected] for those details before the deadline. Otherwise, after credit card payment, your invoice receipt includes a field to add a PO.
Do you offer academic, government or non-profit pricing
Yes, there is discounted pricing for academia, government and non-profits. Select your affiliation in the ticket type dropdown above to view that rate, or request a quote for large teams.
Will I get an invoice and a letter for reimbursement
Yes, your receipt and invoice are listed in your account and have a space to add a PO number. If you need a custom employer letter, reply to your ticket confirmation and we’ll send it.
