Biography
Bill Turpin is a seasoned tech entrepreneur who created startups that were pioneers in significant market evolutions, such as Personal Computing, Windows, and the Internet. Throughout his career in Austin and Silicon Valley he’s also served in leadership roles at public companies, such as Netscape, Borland, and Texas Instruments. He has been an advisor to leading venture funds, such as Kleiner Perkins, provides mentoring to fellow innovators, and is an active angel investor. He was included in Ben Horowitz’s book The Hard Thing about Hard Things.
