Biography
Alice is an early precision medicine pioneer and inventor of spatial mapping of genomes. Her current focus is building regional/community-based genomics capacity via the reuse of existing software infrastructure. She's the author of the Eleanor Genome Protocol, a framework for creating genomic initiatives that reflect democratic values.

Navigating Data Sovereignty for AI
Entities worldwide successfully navigated data sovereignty and shared population health data during the pandemic using maps. DNA Compass reuses this same existing mapping infrastructure to map and manage genomes via a "micro" geocoding service. Converting genomes into map layers provides a solid foundation for precision medicine AI.
