President, Bruker
Biography
Todd Garland is President of Bruker Spatial Biology, where he leads a portfolio spanning spatial genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics technologies. He has more than 25 years of commercial and operational experience across life-science tools, diagnostics, and healthcare technologies, with a focus on connecting advanced platforms to discovery, translational research, and clinical markets. Before taking leadership of Bruker Spatial Biology, he served in senior roles at NanoString Technologies and was Chief Commercial Officer at Cytek Biosciences. Earlier, he spent six years at BD Biosciences, where he held vice president and general manager responsibilities across commercial functions, and held commercial leadership roles at CareFusion and Cardinal Health. Mr. Garland earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. At Bruker, he is focused on integrating complementary spatial technologies and helping researchers move from tissue architecture to high-plex molecular insight.
