Biography
Dr. Cook is an Associate Professor and the Vice Chair of Informatics in the Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She directs Penn’s Imaging Informatics Fellowship and is Modality Chief of 3-D and Advanced Imaging. She is a recipient of the ACR’s Amis Fellowship in Quality and Safety, AAR’s GERRAF, and SIIM’s Dr. Ruth Dayhoff Award for the Advancement of Women in Medical Imaging Informatics. She is a Fellow of SIIM, the AAR, and the ACR, a former SIIM chair, and the current chair of ACR’s Commission on Informatics. She pursues innovative approaches to enhance the delivery of patient care in radiology and improve radiologists' workflow.
