Speaker Profile
Biography
Rishi leads the discovery and development of multifunctional fusion proteins for cancer immunotherapy at Y-Trap. He co-invented Y-Trap's versatile engineering platform to develop a portfolio of therapeutics designed to counteract the determinants of tumor-induced immune tolerance.Previously, Rishi drove the computational design of broad-spectrum vaccines at Centivax. Before that, he started and built the AIML team at Herophilus, where he led the application of AI methods to uncover novel multi-modal phenotypes for drug discovery in neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases. Rishi studied computer science at Stanford with a focus in AI applied to biophysics (protein structure prediction, protein engineering).
