Biography
Namrata is a bioengineer and computer scientist working on problems at the intersection of machine learning and biology. For the past several years, she's worked on on re-envisioning the computational protein design toolkit with AI. Some highlights of her work are solving the first crystal structures of AI-designed proteins and building the first diffusion models for protein structure generation.
