Biography
Luke is a physician scientist who trained in surgery following graduation from Oxford medical school in 1998. He undertook a PhD and post-doctoral fellowship in liver transplantation prior to transitioning to industry in 2013.
Luke served in roles of increasing responsibility at GSK and Celgene prior to leading Translational Sciences at Janssen Immunology, concurrent with a visiting Professorship in immunology at Oxford. He joined Quell as Chief Medical Officer in 2023. Luke also joined SV Health Investors as a Venture Partner in 2025.
