Biography
Dr. Jeremy Grushcow co-founded Juniper Genomics with a mission to improve IVF outcomes, reducing the financial and emotional burden on patients and shortening the ttc journey. Under Jeremys leadership, Juniper has grown to a venture backed company that has validated its technology and is currently launching its whole genome and transcriptome embryo test with partner clinics in the US and Canada. Prior to Juniper, Jeremy was an Operating Partner at Cyclica (later acquired by Recursion) and the Chief Business Officer at Sequence Bio, a population genetics and drug discovery company, where he participated in YCs S19 cohort. Jeremy practiced law for a decade, ultimately as a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, with a focus on biotech transactions. He is somewhat astonished to find that his professional life has come full circle back to gametes, having started with a Ph.D. on meiotic recombination in Doug Bishops lab at UChicago.

The Future of Fertility (is Genomics)
Since the human genome was first sequenced, scientists, clinicians and patients have struggled with translating insights into meaningful action. IVF creates a uniquely actionable moment because parents can choose which embryo to transfer. Juniper's approach is grounded in detailed, rigorous science - providing families with the right data to make informed and ethical decisions.
