Biography
Dr. Clifford Hudis is the CEO of the American Society of Clinical oncology, a global multi-specialty professional society focused on translating oncology advances into impact for patients via research (grants and studies), education (meetings, publications, and career development), and support for quality cancer care (advocacy and certification programs). Before joining ASCO full-time in 2016, he spent nearly three decades at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where his team developed now-standard breast cancer treatments and explored the links between inflammation, obesity and cancer. He completed clinical training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and his medical oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering.
