Alvia Siddiqi

Biography
Alvia Siddiqi, M.D., FAAFP, is a physician executive and CEO of Trifecta Health Partners, LLC. She most recently served as Chief Medical Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, a division of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), with responsibility for quality, health outcomes, provider relations, and network strategy across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial business serving nearly 9 million Illinois members and a statewide network of more than 100,000 providers. Her scope also expanded to regional Medicare performance across six markets and approximately 15 states following the Cigna Medicare acquisition. Previously, Dr. Siddiqi held multiple physician executive roles at Advocate Health and Advocate Physician Partners, leading population health, integrated care management, value-based care, health equity, and payer-provider partnership strategies. Her work has included measurable improvements in length of stay, readmissions, hypertension disparities, care transitions, and implementation of CMS/CMMI programs including MSSP, bundled payments, and ACO REACH.
