Biography
Dr. Alicia Zhou is a scientist and healthcare executive whose career spans cancer research, precision medicine, and healthcare innovation.
Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Science Officer at Color Health, where she led initiatives to expand access to cancer prevention and screening. She also served as a Steering Committee member and Principal Investigator for the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program, helping advance equitable access to precision medicine. Her leadership has been recognized by the San Francisco Business Times 40 Under 40 and Fierce Healthcare’s Most Influential Minority Executives List.
Dr. Zhou earned a B.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University, and completed postdoctoral research in cancer biology at the University of California, San Francisco.
