Biography
Steven Wang is a postdoc in the Alizadeh Lab at Stanford University focusing on precision medicine for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). His work centers on applying PhasED-Seq for ultrasensitive minimal residual disease detection and developing molecular classification tools using real-world samples to better categorize the disease into biologically distinct subtypes. Ultimately, his overarching goal is to enable risk-adapted, biology-driven treatment to reliably match patients to the most effective therapies. Trained in clinical and translational research at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University Medical Centers, he is driven by the potential of advanced molecular tools to help patients navigate an increasingly complex treatment landscape.
