She has been recognized in the industry for her forward thinking approach to benefits and as an early advocate for benefits in the DE & I space, fertility, and mental health. Shawna is a business strategist with experience across the entire HR & employee benefits ecosystem - as an underwriter, as a consultant, within a health technology vendor, in operations, and currently at a Fortune 250 company.
