Monica Giovanni, MS, CGC, is Co-founder and Chief Genomics Officer at Inflection Medicine, a company focused on integrating genomic information into routine clinical care. A board-certified genetic counselor, she brings expertise in genomic medicine, clinical interpretation, and translating genetic insights into actionable healthcare decisions.
At Inflection Medicine, she helps advance technology that enables clinicians to identify genetic conditions earlier and deliver genome-informed care throughout a patient's lifetime. Her work emphasizes expanding access to precision medicine, particularly for newborns and children with genetic disorders.
She has also collaborated with Mayo Clinic on initiatives to scale pediatric precision medicine, including developing clinical workflows that make genomic information more accessible and useful to healthcare professionals.
