Biography
Divya Chander is an anesthesiologist–neuroscientist and serial entrepreneur focused on neurotechnology, AI, cognitive enhancement, and brain health. She is former Stanford faculty and Neuroscience Chair at Singularity University. Dr. Chander has deep critical care experience with a track record in brain state monitoring and consciousness research. She also has experience in space medicine, space critical care and space trauma. She advises many biotechnology/medtech companies and funds, leveraging global networks of clinicians, hospital leaders, payers, and policy makers to advance cognitive longevity and neurotechnology adoption.

We present a wearable EEG + AI system that continuously detects brain state and sleep architecture—capturing early signatures of mitochondrial dysfunction and cognitive decline—and establishes the first foundation model for predictive monitoring and precision neuromodulation.
