Speaker Profile
Biography
Diana Abduevas career spans two decades of research and innovation centered on understanding the structure, behavior, and diagnostic potential of DNA inside and outside the cell. Her work reflects a deep, sustained commitment to translating the complexity of DNA biology into tools that guide therapy and improve outcomes, turning complex DNA signal into clinically actionable insight.
Talk
This talk explores how analysis of circulating chromatin architecture, rather than bulk cell-free DNA, enables noninvasive access to tissue-specific immune and stromal regulation beyond conventional blood assays. In a 400+ patient autoimmune study, chromatin-derived biomarkers predict therapy response and patient stratification, delivering tissue-resolved precision insights from a single blood draw.
