Ph.D., Manager, Product Development, Invivoscribe

Biography
Dr. Conner focuses on advancing standardized molecular workflows for hematologic malignancies, with an emphasis on technologies that improve pan-cancer sample preparation, analytical consistency, and downstream testing performance. His work spans the development and implementation of molecular assays, software, and automated workflows designed to support reproducible results across laboratory and research settings. His scientific background is rooted in cell and molecular biology, with research experience across apoptosis, assay development, data analysis, and translational applications. He has contributed to the development of objective molecular testing solutions for hemato-oncology and brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the challenges of standardizing complex workflows for sensitive applications such as DNA analysis and measurable residual disease (MRD).

Talk
Standardize the Sample. Accelerate the Trial
Advanced MRD assays cannot overcome inconsistent pre-analytics. Standardizing cfDNA and DNA preparation across global trial sites can reduce variability, improve data consistency, and remove a critical barrier to scale. Automated extraction, concentration, and quantification can help accelerate biomarker-driven studies and strengthen the infrastructure supporting precision oncology.
