Anil Sethi

Biography
Anil Sethi is a serial health-tech entrepreneur focused on patient controlled data, privacy-preserving infrastructure, and AI ready clinical platforms. He founded multiple health IT companies, IPO'd Sequoia Software, others were acquired by Apple, WebMD, Citrix, and Invitae, including work that became part of Apple Health Records. His career spans personal health records (PHRs), health information exchange (HIEs), clinical informatics, with a focus on giving patients direct control over their medical data. Anil’s work sits at the intersection of EHR interoperability infrastructure, encryption and privacy, and emerging AI physician avatars. He is known for translating complex technical systems into practical, scalable models that align incentives across patients, providers, researchers, and industry partners.
