Biography
Since joining Adaptive Biotechnologies in 2015, Allison has worked closely with leading hematology researchers and clinicians worldwide to advance the adoption and clinical utility of minimal residual disease (MRD) assessment. Adaptive is dedicated to harnessing the biology of the adaptive immune system to transform the diagnosis and treatment of disease, and Allison's work has centered on translating this vision into meaningful clinical applications through clonoSEQ, Adaptive’s NGS-based MRD testing platform. She currently leads medical strategy for clonoSEQ data generation across hematologic malignancies, supporting evidence development that enables more precise disease monitoring and informs patient management, clinical trials, and therapeutic development. Prior to joining Adaptive, Allison spent 16 years at Immunex and Amgen focused on drug development in hematologic and solid malignancies.
