Session: Sequencing accuracy in early detection and MRD
Liquid biopsy assays for early cancer detection and MRD monitoring rely on the ability to detect ctDNA at extremely low frequencies. These methods are hindered by the high error rate of existing sequencing technologies, which leads to false positives. In this session we will discuss the value of sequencing accuracy for these liquid biopsy applications and its potential to enable a new generation of early detection and MRD assays.
