Session Abstract – PMWC 2024 Silicon Valley

Track 3

Track Chair: Lincoln Pasquina, Foundation Medicine

Session: Exploring the Clinical Utility of Dynamic ctDNA Monitoring
Circulating tumor DNA has well-established utility in tumor profiling and mounting evidence in prognosis. Tracking changes in ctDNA over time is also emerging for tracking tumor progression or response to treatment. Methods of quantification of ctDNA are varied and can be confounded by non-tumor signal such as clonal hematopoiesis. We will review results of tumor-agnostic methods of monitoring and discuss implications for future trial designs.
